The meeting is intended to polish all arrangements and put a press in inviting industry partners for our mini Construction Exhibit. The target is to get at least 10 partners to make the celebration picture perfect. Having into heavy consideration the CPD seminar of some 50 delegation. We aim to release all certificates to all the delegation so as to have a sense of completion for all the expected delegates from other UAP Chapters. Being true to our mission to SERVE. PROMOTE. GIVE. We are celebrating our very first year anniversary with an offering to serve not just our Chapter but others colleagues as well. In collaboration and utmost eagerness to help our beloved City, we have committed to being part of the Lipa Tourism Council s projects and worthy endeavours. This year, we have pledged not our money but far more substantial than money can offer our services and expertise. Hand in hand we have committed to be of service in so far as the tourism council is concerned. Exchange-deals are in the table with seal of promise that all negotiations will be conducted with ease, giving full consideration to the essence of time and urgency. Together, we will help create a unified City escapes and asct as consultants in events concerning Tourism and its accompaniments. The 50 delegates grew to more than a hundred and the 10 industry partners doubled its number to 20 partners. Last minute changes were made to suit the seemingly overwhelming respond we got. Nonetheless, the event worked like a clock with the long and short hand moving in harmony one second at a time. With only some minor glitches, the CPD seminar was executed by our 1 year old Chapter; the OrCom composed of all first time officers and new blood.. 4 CENTER STAGE FOR OUR INDUSTRY PARTNERS. What seemed to be a negative feat turned out to be as hoped, a mini construction exhibit. Taking pride of how small yet determined our Chapter is to be able to pull off an event of this magnitude. We have indeed arrived and is here to stay. To God we give all the glory for HE is the only one who gives anyone the capacity to produce money. Remembering, our Chartering was simple, sincere and low key just like how we want it. As we celebrate our first anniversary as a Chapter, we aimed for the simplicity. However, we cannot help our guest always making our events fabulous by merely gracing us with their presence. We are humbled to have two (2) Past UAP National Presidents (Now PRB-Arc Chairman) Robert Sac and Ana Mangalino-Ling as our Guest of Honors. Joining them in our guest lists are delegation from UAP San Pablo Chapter our Father Chapter headed by Past District Directors Laurel Barte, Darwin Averion and Rodel Umali and IPP Erwiin Brinas as Master of Ceremony; UAP Makati Chapter our strong partner and inspiration headed by its Chapter President Michael Conrad Carandang; UAP NBD Members SG Rene Heray, NT Pamela Amador, NA Eldred Cesar Tan, RDB2 Tessa Espinas; UAP National Committee Chairpersons Cecile Gamana Private Practice, Stephanie Gilles-Emergency Architects; UAP Lipa Honorary Members Elmer Borlaza (UAP Alabang) and Conrado Kison (UAP Capitol).
