Seminar Socio-Civic Others OrgCom meeting last January 9, 2019 at the UAP National Headquarters in Quezon City. They discussed on several matters including sponsorship, venue, souvenir program, programming and planning and others. Ar. 5 AREA-A ASSEMBLY ORGCOM COORDINATION MEETING ACTIVITY NO. 5 Total Attendees 7 Venue Date January 14, 2019 To join the UAP Area-A Assembly Organizing Committees follow-up coordination meeting. Seminar Socio-Civic Others OrgCom UAP National Headquarters Sct. Rallos, Quezon City meeting last January 14, 2019 at the UAP National Headquarters in Quezon City. They made follow-up discussion on several matters including sponsorship, venue, souvenir program, programming and planning and operations. Ar. Yatco is the head on Committee on Planning and Programs as well as Committee on Finance. The said meeting started with the Opening Prayer of the UAP National President Ar. Benjamin K. Panganiban. It took them up to 2:00 early morning of the next day to wrap-up everything on all matters regarding the said incoming event. 6 ACTIVITY NO. 6 AREA-A ASSEMBLY ORGCOM COORDINATION MEETING Total Attendees 9 Venue Date January 21, 2019 To join the UAP Area-A Assembly Organizing Committees coordination meeting. Seminar Socio-Civic Others OrgCom UAP National Headquarters Sct. Rallos, Quezon City Unity Abillity Continuity of Service follow-up coordination meeting last January 21, 2019 at the UAP National Headquarters in Quezon City. They discussed on several matters including sponsorship, venue, souvenir program, programming and planning and others. Ar. Yatco being the Head on the Committee on Programs and Planning presented the matrix and flow of programs for the 2-days Area-A Timpuyog Assembly in Thunderbird, La Union on Feb. 8-9, She also presented the list of confirmed sponsors for the said event. Other committees involved reported their updates and activities on souvenir program, venue, operations, security, protocol, certificates, CPD programs, souvenir bags and t-shirts, IDs, photo and video coverage and others. 7 ACTIVITY NO. 7 AREA-A ASSEMBLY ORGCOM FINAL COORDINATION MEETING Date January 31, 2019 Total Attendees 15 Venue UAP National Headquarters Sct. Rallos, Quezon City To join the UAP Area-A Assembly Organizing Committees coordination meeting and its finalization on the incoming event Timpuyog Assembly. Seminar Socio-Civic Others OrgCom final coordination meeting last January 31, 2019 at the UAP National Headquarters in Quezon City. This was attended by all the District Directors of Area-A, representative from Major Sponsor Boysen Mr. Jeffrey Cham and from Emerald Ar. Karlo Mamiit, Area-A Vice President Ar. Rosario Roxas and members of the UAP Secretariat who are involved in the said event. The following matters have been finalized: 1. Programs and Planning 2. Operations 3. 9 ACTIVITIES NO. 8 UAP SAN JUAN-MANDALUYONG CHAPTER 7 TH GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING Date January 31, 2019 Total Attendees 35 Venue Ichika Japanese Grille, Pioneer Center, Pioneer St., Pasig City To join and support the UAP San Juan-Mandaluyong Chapter in the following objectives: 1. To facilitate a monthly meeting of chapter officers and members 2. To make important announcements on national and chapter projects 3. To promote camaraderie and acquaintances among members.
