18 Major Public Utility Enhancements Electric - long term contract with CPS Energy through 2023 for full requirements Natural Gas - adding services where we do not provide electric service Wastewater - 2 treatment plants producing 4 th source of non-potable water for specific uses; i.e. construction water and irrigation water Reuse water, along with effective potable water conservation efforts, could allow for a future population of close to 40,000 18

Wells 1,850 acre feet available/year 23% from this source 4. Reuse water - future service for residential and commercial landscaping 6,294 total acre feet available per year 2,100 total acre feet used per year (average) = 1/3 available amount Acre Foot = 325,851 gallons; basically one football field covered 1 foot deep 19
