2 Dear Colleagues, Remembering reading the first ACMISST invitation with enthusiasm, a bright group was clearly forming. As it is always said, long journeys begin with small steps. These small steps, expanded through the culture and scientific richness of the second ACMISST in Japan, are now spreading across Asia into Anatolia, the meeting place of Asia and Europe in Turkey. The third ACMISST, which will be hosted in Antalya, will run concurrent to the 7th ISMISS Turkey Congress. At this joint meeting, we will witness the collaboration of spinal surgeons from throughout Turkey, who have backgrounds in Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery. This collaboration will play an important role in the continued education of spinal surgery in an interdisciplinary manner. Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery, alone, can not accomplish what together they can achieve. During our joint meeting, in addition to live surgery sessions, we will offer an interdisciplinary program. With the support of select national and international associations, a diverse range of topics will be discussed including anatomy, anesthesia, physical therapy and rehabilitation, radiology and algology. Presently, the majority of influential spinal surgeons dedicated to Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery in Turkey are joining together in scientific collaboration, both professionally and in spirit. Together with our valued friends, we are preparing for this meeting with warmth, respect and excitement for everyone, who values spinal surgery and especially minimally invasive efforts. We have begun the countdown, and with your valued support we aim to host a flawless congress. The congress will be held in Antalya, a paradise with a historical touch, where blue waters dance with lush green mountains. As it is also one of the premier golf destinations in the world, on the last day of the congress, we will hold an open golf tournament for all participants. 5 ACCOMMODATION Hotel Name Titanic Deluxe Belek 5* Congress Venue Sngl Room 650.-Euro Dbl Room / PP 500.-Euro The hotel rates are on High Class All Inclusive basis 3 nights package for standard rooms and inclusive of 8% VAT. The hotel rates includes, all food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) services at the all locations in hotel. The hotel reservations will be made on first come - first served basis. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to offer alternatives if the requested hotel is fully booked. Additional Night price will be 175 Euro for single rooms and 130 Euro for per person in double rooms. Please contact with SEMTUR for sea view rand suit rooms. Airport transfer fee is 50.-Euro per way and exclusive of 18% VAT. Participants, who will not receive accommodation services, the price of 150.-Euro will be allocated to a 3-day attendance. 6 CONGRESS POSTER Congress poster will be distributed to the universities, clinics and hospitals from all around the world and to be displayed at different international congresses like WFNS2013 Korea, IITS2013 Korea, WCMISST2014 Paris, ISMISS worldwide congresses and etc... Logo on congress poster. Total cost : Euro + VAT including mailing costs. ABSTRACT BOOK The abstract book will be inserted in the congress bag or could be distributed from sponsors booth. A full-page color advertisement on the back cover. Total cost : Euro + VAT ABSTRACT USB Abstract USB will be distributed onsite during the congress to all participants in the congress bag or from sponsors booth. A logo advertisement will be printed on USB driver. Company logo on interfaces. Total cost : Euro + VAT SOCIAL MEDIA Social Media promotions will be produced via Facebook and Twitter pages and groups to the world. Total cost : Euro + VAT

7 NAME BADGE - LANYARD - POCKET PROGRAM Participants will be provided with an official congress name badge and Sponsors lanyard to be worn during the congress. Name badges are required to gain access to the scientific program sessions and the exhibition area. Company logo on name badge and lanyard. One full page advertisement on pocket program. Total cost : Euro + VAT CONGRESS PENS & WRITING PADS Participants will be provided with a customized congress pen and paper set. These sets will be inserted in the congress bag. All participants will complete their registration process so fast with this new brand of registration system. The led screen backdrop of the Desk will allow the sponsor, showing promotional videos. 11 LIVE BROADCAST Total cost : Euro + VAT The main hall sessions will be streamed on internet. The live broadcast will be done either through congress website or sponsors site. This amount will only includes live broadcast in Main Meeting Room. Parallel Sessions would be added to this broadcast.seperate prices will be applying for parallel sessions, if you wanted to make broadcasts in other rooms.

15 AIRPORT TRANSFER -Welcome desk areas will be located at the arrival gate of Antalya International Airport. - Company representatives wearing t-shirt with sponsor company name and logo will welcome the participants. -Welcoming staff will check transfers via tablet pc which is Sponsor Logo on backside. -All guests will be accompanied with representatives to the transfer vehicles, holding white umbrellas with sponsor logo. -Sponsor logo will be printed on every signage in and on the vehicles and also on seat head covers. -Sponsor or product leaflets will be inserted seat pockets in every vehicle. 21 PRESIDENTIAL DINNER The presidential dinner will be an opportunity for the sponsor to be associated with a prestigious dinner for approximately 50 of the top ranking specialist of the congress. - Logo on congress presidential dinner menu and invitations if applicable. - Opportunity to display company promotional material at the presidential dinner at Sponsors expense - Technical equipment, the decoration of the venue, musicians fee and costs will be at Sponsor s expense Total cost : Euro + VAT

22 INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS - Application for sponsorship can be made in written with the application form Semtur, Professional Congress Management Company - Once an application is made, a contract will be sent. -Principal sponsors will be offered first choice on all items if they have confirmed their contribution in written. - Upon receipt of the contract with the payment, sponsorship will be confirmed in written. Sponsorship allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis. TERMS OF PAYMENT 50% with signed contract 50% - within one month All payments must be made before the congress.
