7 GENERAL INFORMATION Companies that collaborate with the Organizing Committee, adhere to its decisions and support the Congressional Congress of the Society, will be supported in the exhibition hall, satellite symposiums and selection of hours. It is imperative for the representatives of the firms participating in Congress to sponsor or stand up for the Congress registration. The firms were informed about the number of firms that can register for free according to their type of stand. The budget of the companies for the Congress should be two parts. The first part is the participation in Congressional budget for the stand and other scientific activities, and the second is the participatory sponsorship of the firms. In general, firms holding the highest level of participation in the Congress budget will be given a wider propaganda during the Congress. Congress bails are mandatory for all sessions, social activities and exhibition halls. The pre-registered participants will be able to get the ready-made cards together with other documents without waiting for the registration. Participants on the Congress will be able to get a card and other documents after registration.

11 SATTELITE SYMPOSIUM The Satellite Symposium will be included in the Congressional program, the Congressional Scientific Program, the Articles and Thesis book will be posted on the sponsor's logo. It is important for the companies to make their Satellite symposiums they want to promote their products and technical equipment under the following guidelines: Satellite symposia should be held within the Congress Center. All companies participating in the Congress are required not to engage in any propaganda activities outside the Congress Center without the written consent of the Organizing Committee. Satellite symposia should be scientifically and ethically controlled by the Organizing Committee, and the Organizing Committee should be informed of the topic, speeches and moderators. The speakers should be finalized at the end of March and submit their approval letters to the Organizing Committee.

12 ADVERTISING IN MONITOR An advertisement will be posted on the monitor during the day at the Congress Center or in the registration hall. ROLL-UP IN THE EXHIBITION HALL The firms can place their roll-ups in the showroom.

13 DIGITAL PONSORSHIPS a- Final DVD Sponsorship The Final Scientific Program of the Congress, articles and theses will be prepared in DVD format and distributed to the participants in the Congress bag. The logo of the sponsor company will be placed on the cover and inside the DVD. b - Internet Center Sponsorship laptops will be installed in the internet hall designed specifically for design and all participants will be able to access the internet at any time. On the notebooks, screensavers and landing pages will be sponsored by the company logo. In addition to the internet hall, the sponsor will post promotional materials. c - Sponsorship of the Presentation Control Center At the Congress Center, screensavers and opening pages of all computers will reflect the logo of the sponsor company in the hall where they will use the speakers to check and download presentations.

15 SOCIAL ACTIVITY SPONSORSHIP a- Opening Dinner Sponsorship On the evening of the first day of the congress, the official speeches will be decorated with the propaganda materials of the sponsoring company, where the Opening Supper will be hosted with the participation of foreign guests. b- Gala Dinner Sponsorship On the second day of the Congress, the Gala Dinner will be decorated with promotional materials from the sponsors of the Congress with the participation of the Congress participants and company representatives.

16 SOCIAL ACTIVITY SPONSORSHIP c- Sponsorship of the boat trip The participants of the Congress will take a trip to the seaside national park and will travel by boat to the bay of Baku. During this time participants will be informed about sponsorship. d- Sponsorship of museum trip Congress participants w i l l be visiting the Icheri Sheher and the Shirvanshah Palace. At this time, participants will be informed about sponsorship.

17 STAND LOCATION SERVICES The services below will be provided by the Organizing Committee free of charge in the exhibition hall: Advisory service at the exhibition hall Members of the Organizing Committee will answer all your questions from to in the STEND INFO section, which will be set up in the exhibition hall. Stand table and chairs Standing tables and chairs will be presented by the Organizing Committee

18 Cancellation Conditions for Registry and Accommodation Cancellation request for registry and accommodation shall be submitted to Mr. Uğur Aydın, in writing. Name changes shall be accepted at latest 21th of May The organization committee shall not accept any responsibility on changes to be made after that date. No reimbursement shall be made for the cancellations after 18 October 2017.
