3 16th NATIONAL FORENSIC MEDICINE DAYS SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT 16th Forensic Medicine Days, organized by The Council of Forensic Medicine (will hereon be referred to as Congress), is going take place between October 2018, at the Justice Organization Reinforcement Foundation, Lara, Kundu, Antalya. This agreement defines technical and commercial terms between the Congress organizing committee (will hereon be referred to as Committee) and the Sponsor. SPONSOR Companies that want to voluntarily sponsor the Congress, that are accepted by the Committee can sponsor the Congress if they fulfill the terms stated in this agreement. The period of sponsorship starts when the Sponsor signs this document and ends at the end of the Congress. Sponsorship Levels Platinum Sponsorship The name and logo of the Sponsor will be placed in the Congress web site, under Platinum Sponsors and a link will be provided to the Sponsor s web page. A booth area of 8 square meters will be provided to the Sponsor. Sponsor s logo will be placed at full page size in the Congress book. If requested by the Sponsor, 1 brochure will be placed in the complimentary bag. Sponsor s images will be placed in the Congress meeting rooms. Two company representatives will be provided admittance and accommodation between 24-28th of October Official acknowledgment will be mentioned and a plaquette will be given. Gold Sponsorship The name and logo of the Sponsor will be placed in the Congress web site, under Gold Sponsors and a link will be provided to the Sponsor s web page. A booth area of 6 square meters will be provided to the Sponsor. Sponsor s logo will be placed at half page size in the Congress book. Sponsor s images will be placed in the Congress meeting rooms. One company representative will be provided admittance and accommodation between 24-28th of October Official acknowledgment will be mentioned and a plaquette will be given.

4 Silver Sponsorship The name and logo of the Sponsor will be placed in the Congress web site, under Silver Sponsors and a link will be provided to the Sponsor s web page. Sponsor s logo will be placed at quarter page size in the Congress book. Sponsor s images will be placed in the Congress meeting rooms. Official acknowledgment will be mentioned and a plaquette will be given. General Rules and Information 1. Sponsorship agreement will be signed between the Committee and the Sponsor. 2. Product or company publicity is forbidden in places other than the booth area. 3. Audio-visual equipment can be used in the booth areas, but the Sponsor must not disturb other Sponsors, or cover their publicity material. 4. Technical equipment requests must be sent the Committee. 5. Dates and time for setting up and removing the booth are will be organized according to the scientific and social agenda of the Congress. 6. Sponsor will respect the provided booth area limits. 7. All publicity material will be approved by the Committee before being set up and will be in the booth limits. 8. The Committee is not responsible for the booth material s transportation. Ömer A. H.
