Chair's announcements The Chair informed Members about the attacks perpetrated on 11 May 2018 on the Virunga National Park (Democratic Republic of the Congo). The Chair reminded Members about the panel on ending child marriage organised by the European Parliament at the European Development Days (5-6 June 2018). 4. Structured Dialogue with the Commission Draft a letter - to be adopted by written procedure - incorporating Political Groups proposals as well as Committee priorities sent to the CCC for 2018 where no action has been taken by the Commission. 3. Delegation reports and mission follow-up In addition to the presentation of the mission reports in Committee, discuss action points at Coordinators meetings. 4. Hearings Joint hearing with DROI on "Cocoa and Coffee - devastating rainforests and driving child labour in West Africa: the role of EU consumption, and how the EU could help." Co-organise the hearing with DROI (DEVE contact person Heidi Hautala). Explore the possibility of widening the topic by deleting the reference to West Africa. 5.
