The buiding, open for use on a reguar weeky reserve basis, is not avaiabe on weekends or on orwise non-reguar buiding hours (Which are sizeabe), and it appears evident that a sizeabe fee wi be charged for buiding use by Student Organizatio)s if that use Dixon, "if students are not ony ones paying off buiding, n why is it that for every six doars of Student Activities Fees paid each quarter by each student, is used to pay off gorious buiding?"
