Dale McFeely enlisted in the United States Army in He became a Green Beret and completed two tours of duty in Vietnam as an armed helicopter pilot. His Vietnam veterans, our colleagues in the House, have joined me in offering this resolution as a memorial to him. During hs military service, Lt. Col. McFeely earned numerous decorations, including the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the Distinguished Flying Cross, and other air medals.
