Decision: the Committee unanimously asked the Rapporteur to prepare a draft report on the issue discussed. 5. Exercise of voting rights by shareholders JURI/6/32953 Rapporteur: Klaus-Heiner Lehne (EPP-ED) The following spoke: the Chairman, the Rapporteur. Decision: the committee asked the Rapporteur to prepare a draft report, if possible by the end of May or the beginning of June Nanosciences and nanotechnologies: an action plan for Europe JURI/6/32969 Draftsperson: Piia-Noora Kauppi (EPP-ED) The following spoke: the Draftswoman. 3 8. Immunity of Ms. Zdanoka The following spoke: Maria Berger (Rapporteur). Decision: the committee unanimously adopted a draft letter concerning Ms. Zdanoka s immunity. 9. Verification of credentials - Mandate of Mr Golik The following spoke: the Chairman, Maria Berger, Klaus-Heiner Lehne. Decision: the committee unanimously adopted of a draft letter concerning Mr Golik s mandate. 10. EP-Litigation Resolution of 2 February 2006 on the annual report on the common foreign and security policy. The following spoke: Gregorio Garzón Clariana, Enrico Francesco Speroni (Rapporteur). Decision: the committee asked the Rapporteur to prepare a draft letter. 11. Hearing of Mr. Matsakis The following spoke: Klaus-Heiner Lehne, Marios Matsakis (heard), Francesco Enrico Speroni, Manuel Medina Ortega, Aloyzas Sakalas, the Chairman. Decision: after hearing Mr. Matsakis, the committee decided that his case does not concern immunities of Members; the committee therefore asked the Rapporteur to prepare a draft letter for the next meeting.
