2 Turnbull Creek Land Preservation Committee Commission Chambers (210 Sams Avenue) Monday, March 11 at 3:00 PM This Committee shall review any information related to land preservation along Turnbull Creek prior to City Commission approval. The Committee has requested an overview of Milestones (see below) for Turnbull Creek Water Quality, Wildlife Habitat, and Natural Areas Protection Bonds IV. New Business a. Attached is a March 1, 2019 Memorandum from Ms. Kate Brown, Senior Project Manager, Overview of the Trust for Public Land (TPL) which outlines the role of the TPL in working with the City on Turnbull Creek land purchases.

5 Half-Cent Sales Tax Projects Meeting Brannon Center (105 S Riverside Drive) Monday, March 11 at 6:30 PM Representatives from Volusia County s Public Works Dept. are conducting four public meetings around the county for public input on a proposed list of projects for road, water quality, stormwater, and other transportation infrastructure improvements. 6 City Commission Regular Meeting Commission Chambers (210 Sams Avenue) Tuesday, March 12 at 6:30 PM This Commission made up of a Mayor and four Commissioners, one for each Zone in the City, constitutes the governing body. They have powers to pass ordinances, adopt regulations, and appoint the City Manager. Meetings are held on the 2 nd and 4 th Tuesday of each month. Approve a special event: Burns Oak Hill River Hootenany Event on April 13th, 2019 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m., with road closures on Lytle Avenue from Riverside to Magnolia Street, (under the overpass), starting from 8 a.m p.m. There would be a beer garden area under the overpass as well. B. Approve Change Order No. 5 to the Islesboro Drainage Improvement Project, to Masci Corporation in the amount of $9, for additional drainage improvements on Conrad Drive. C. Approve a special event: Spring Fest & Utilities Commission Water Wise Garden Fair on April 7th, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Road Closure of Canal StreetPalmetto Street to Sams Ave, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Approve Special Event: Antique & Vintage Market on March 16th, 2019 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Road Closure of Canal Street from Riverside Drive to U.S.1, from 6 a.m. - 6:45 p.m. F. Approve entering into a Southeast Volusia Regional SWAT Team Mutual Aid Agreement between the cities of Daytona Beach Shores, Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach and South Daytona

Review of Commission 2019 Priority Goals & Draft Action Plan for Implementation (Follow-up to 1/15/19 Commission Workshop) C. Proposed Updates to the 2014 City's Social Media Policy. D. Resolution No : Consider adoption of a resolution, which if adopted, would waive Small Scale Annexation fees, Rezoning fees, Comprehensive Plan amendment fees, and advertising fees as part of an overall Small Scale Annexation for properties located in the Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement, (ISBA) area.

Resolution No : Supporting legislation that restores local zoning authority regarding short-term vacation rentals in single-family and multifamily residential zoning districts; opposing all state legislation that further erodes municipal authority to protect single-family and multifamily residential zoning districts.

Ordinance No : Conduct the second reading and public hearing of an ordinance, which if adopted, would implement amendments to the City's Land Development Regulations to strengthen and clarify the criteria for removal of historic and specimen trees. B. Ordinance No : Conduct the second reading and public hearing of Ordinance No , which if adopted, would approve the 1st Amendment to the Ocean Way Village PUD Master Development Agreement.

Ordinance No : Conduct the first reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 70 of the City Code: STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES, amending Article I to create Section 70-5 to prohibit encroachments in public rights-of-way; amending Article V to amend Section to allow City Manager to promulgate rules regarding use of public property; further amending Article V to establish Section providing for trespass warnings under certain circumstances for public property.
