SALEM LAKES VILLAGE HALL 9814 ANTIOCH ROAD, SALEM, WI PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED DISCONTINUANCE OF PART OF 270 th AVENUE The Village Board of the Village of Salem Lakes, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, will hear and consider public comment regarding a proposal to discontinue a portion of 270 th Avenue in the Village of Salem Lakes, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, legally described as follows: A part of 270 th Avenue in Camp Lake Oaks Subdivision being in part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Town 1 North, Range 20 East in the Town of Salem, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing and beginning at the northernmost corner of Lot 271, Camp Lake Oaks Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence southwesterly along the southeast right of way line of 270 th Avenue (platted as Channel Avenue) to the westernmost corner of said Lot 271; thence northwesterly and perpendicular to the southeast right of way line of 270 th Avenue twenty-five (25) feet to a point; thence northeasterly and parallel to the southeast right of way line of 270 th Avenue to a point on the northwesterly extension of the northeast line of said Lot 271; thence southeasterly to the northernmost corner of Lot 271 and the point of beginning.
