Present: Clerk Berry, Trustee Anderson, Trustee osburg and Deputy Clerk urmlnger Moton by Anderson, supported by osburg to approve the agenda as submtted. Moton by osburg, supported by Anderson to approve the mnutes of the October 1, meetng. Moton by Berry, supported by osburg to appont the electon Precnct Chars, Co- Chars, and Precnct Inspectors as submtted, forthe May 2, 201 Specal Electon. Moton by Berry, supported by Anderson to appont the Recevng Boards as submtted, forthe May 2, 201 Specal Electon. The commsson revewed a sample ballot from each precnct. Moton by osburg, supported by Anderson to approve Monday, Aprl 24, 201 at 10am as the tme and date for the Publc Accuracy Test, for the May 5, 201 Specal Electons to be held for the Anchor Bay and New Haven School Dstrcts.
