The United States demands shall be designated as the recognition of Ukraine as a fully sovereign state, removal of the Russian military from the Syrian Conflict, and clarification on the actions taken by Russia to interfere in United States politics. A. The Department of State shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this bill. B. The Department of State shall also be responsible for sending military advisors to the Russian Federation to oversee Russian compliance with US demands. SECTION. SECTION. It shall be unlawful for parents to withhold vaccinating their children. All children in the United States must get their proper vaccines during the suitable time. As used herein, vaccines are defined as immunizations that prevent childhood diseases such as polio, measles, chicken pox, mumps, rubella, whooping cough, tetanus, and diphtheria. A. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Department of Health and Human Services shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this bill. B. Children that do not receive vaccines must not be allowed to go to school until they receive their vaccines. C. Parents that fail to vaccinate their children will be charged with child maltreatment. They will be given days to vaccinate their children, if they fail then their children will be relocated to more suited parents. The provisions of this bill shall take effect 0 days after passage. Res.) 0 A Resolution to Bring the Introduction of Self-Driving Motor Vehicles under the Control of the Federal Government 0 The nation is already beginning a transition from man operated motor vehicles to self-driving motor vehicles; and Twenty-two states have already passed legislation regarding this issue, and an additional 0 governors have issued executive orders; and The issues associated with self-driving cars is on a national scale, being that certain damages caused by such a move may harm national security, opening up a new opportunity for cyber terrorism; and Contradiction in policy on self-driving vehicles can led to confusion on the various rules regarding these vehicles causing auto accidents and conflicts; and A national plan created by the Department of Transportation will organize and regulate the way self-driving cars are introduced, mitigating any conflicts and accidents caused by the transition; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Student Congress here assembled calls for a government plan to introduce self-driving cars safely to public roads to be created by December, 00; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and any other agency considered necessary, will establish a plan for working with car companies to increase cyber security of these vehicles. SECTION. SECTION. SECTION. It shall be unlawful for cellular service providers to hard lock the SIM card slot on any device they provide, to their networks. A. SIM cards are defined as integrated circuits used to store the user s international mobile subscriber identity and related key, that in turn are used to identify that device. B. A hard lock is defined as either a specified paywall blocking the user from unlocking their SIM card slot without paying a fee or the lack of the aforementioned option leading to a permanent inability for a consumer to unlock the SIM card slot on their device. C. All cellular service providers will either remove the network key used to lock the devices in a software update or provide the option to unlock the device at no extra cost upon consumer request. A. The Federal Communications Commission shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this bill. B. Any company-entity found breaking this law shall be fined $,000. The refugee program for bringing Iraqi individuals who have helped the U.S. military will amend the number of refugees allowed to be admitted and remove any unnecessary or flawed processes. A. The refugees affected by this bill will be solely any individual who has worked with the U.S. military in Iraq, their immediate family, and any dependents. B. Unnecessary or flawed processes are any process a refugee must conduct that has shown to be ineffective, inaccurate, or simply not required to identify which individuals are threats to national security. A. The Department of State and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this bill. B. Failure to comply with the provisions above will result in an appropriate cut in funding towards the appropriate agency and a demotion or termination in the employment of those responsible for the failure. (S.) 0 A Resolution to Increase Corporate Tax Rates on Online Businesses BE IT ENACTED BY THIS STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: 0 The immense growth of online shopping is hurting the retail market which will inevitably hurt the economy; and Online shopping is cheaper than retail due to low corporate tax rates on online markets, thus it has grown in recent years, but this growth has led to retailers closing down; and The decline of retailers will and has led to unemployment, a decrease in retail real estate and a reduction in retail tax revenue; and Increasing taxation on online markets will lead to increased online prices which will give retailers a chance to compete with the online markets; and Retailers will be able to hire more employees and increase retail real estate; and It is necessary that retail markets flourish due to the fact that both retail and real estate employment depend on the retail market; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Student Congress here assembled calls for an increase in corporate tax rates on online companies. New mothers and fathers who have been in the workforce for at least months must be given the option of parental leave, provided financial compensation and job security. B. Parents are expected to return to work by the end of the week interval, unless permitted an extended paid parental leave period by an employer. C. The week period is continuous and cannot be broken up or divided into various portions over time. D. Parents with a newborn or adopted child have months to utilize paid parental leave. The United States Department of Education shall require a school resource officer to be on campus throughout the school day for the whole school year. A. A school resource officer shall be defined as a career law enforcement officer with sworn authority who is deployed by an employing police department or agency in a community-oriented policing assignment to work in collaboration with one or more schools. B. A school resource officer will be required to be armed with a hand gun while on campus and actively on duty.
