Adoption of agenda The agenda was adopted with the following changes of the order of business: Point 7 on the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the European Council, the Council and the European Investment Bank on establishing a new Partnership Framework with third countries under the European Agenda on Migration took place before Point 5 at 9.50 Point 6 on legal aid for suspects or accused persons in criminal proceedings and in European Arrest Warrant proceedings (Presentation of the Impact Assessment of substantive amendments commissioned by the Ex-Ante Impact Assessment Unit of EPRS at the request of the LIBE Committee) took place after Point 8 at Point 13 - Question for written answer to the Commission of 29 January 2016 by Ignazio Corrao on possible violation of the rights of unaccompanied foreign minors in Sicily (E ) was postponed. Point 15 on Listing the third countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas when crossing the external borders and those whose nationals are exempt from that requirement (Kosovo*) was moved to the 15 June at A point on the State of emergency in France and its compliance with EU primary and secondary law took place on 16 June 2016 at Chair s announcements Linguistic profile The Chair indicated that interpretation in Gaelic and Croatian was not available for this meeting. 2 Endorsement of Coordinators' recommendations (Rule 205) Further to Rule 205 of the Rules of Procedures the Chair submitted the following Coordinators' recommendations for approval: Appointment of Rapporteurs Timothy Kirkhope (ECR): Rapporteur for the report on the "Establishment of "Eurodac" for the comparison of fingerprints for the effective application of Regulation (EU) No 604/20136, for identifying an illegally staying third-country national or stateless person and on requests for the comparison with Eurodac data by Member States' law enforcement authorities and Europol for law enforcement purposes (recast) /0132(COD). 3.
