Endorsement of Coordinators' recommendations (Pursuant to Rule 205 of the Rules of Procedures) The Committee endorsed the following nominations of Rapporteurs: Juan Fernando López Aguilar has been appointed Rapporteur on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code). Claude Moraes took over from GUE/NGL and is the Rapporteur on the Proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of an Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on supplementary rules in relation to the instrument for financial support for external borders and visa, as part of the Internal Security Fund, for the period 2014 to Announcement on the reception of two corrigenda pursuant to Rule 231: CORRIGDUM to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) CORRIGDUM DIRECTIVE (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal penalties, and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Council Framework Decision 2008/977/JHA The two documents were approved. Delegated and Implementing Acts The Chair announced that on 23 April 2018, the European Parliament received a Draft Commission Implementing Decision laying down measures keeping and accessing the logs in the Entry/Exit System (EES) and its Annex. The basic act is Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 PE v /21 PV\ docx

The reception of this implementing act was communicated to all LIBE Members via the LIBE DIA Newsletter of 27 April An internal deadline for proposing an objection was set for the 7 May. 4.
