No comments or discussion. Council Member Breitbach moved to close Public Hearing seconded by Council Member Wagner. Council Member Sauser moved to approve RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH KC KRAMER, LLC, AUTHORIZING ANNUAL APPROPRIATION TAX INCREMENT PAYMENTS AND PLEDGING CERTAIN TAX INCREMENT REVENUES TO THE PAYMENT OF THE AGREEMENT seconded by Council Member Wagner. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bockenstedt, Breitbach, English, Wagner, Sauser Council Member Sauser moved to open Public Hearing to approve a Development Agreement with JEDA Polymers, LLC, including annual appropriation tax increment payments seconded by Council Member Bockenstedt. City Administrator Michel advised there is a change to the 4th Whereas on Resolution The dollar amount should be $545,000 instead of $500,000. Council Member Bockenstedt moved to close Public Hearing seconded by Council Member Wagner. Roll call vote: Ayes: English, Bockenstedt, Wagner, Sauser, Breitbach Council Member English moved to Public Hearing on amendment of current city budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 seconded by Council Member Wagner. There was discussion regarding the ending budget balance. Michel advised the amount shown will be different due to expected reimbursement and necessary transfers.
