11 DRAFT 1 MINUTES OF MEETING 2 TOSCANA ISLES 3 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 4 5 The Toscana Isles Community Development District held a Landowners Meeting on 9 Present at the meeting were: Cindy Cerbone District Manager 12 Samantha Hays Proxy Holder 13 Brian Watson FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order/Roll Call Ms. Cerbone called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. 20 SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Affidavit/Proof of Publication The affidavit of publication was provided for informational purposes. 24 THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Election of a Chairperson to Conduct 25 Landowners Meeting Ms. Hays agreed to Ms. Cerbone serving as Chairperson to conduct the Landowners 30 FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Election of Supervisors [SEATS 1, 3 & 5] Ms. Cerbone stated that Seats 1, 3 and 5 were currently held by Mr. John Peshkin, Ms Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Vanguard Land, LLC, located at Palmer Park Circle, Suite B, Sarasota, Florida meeting Hays and Mr. Daniel Peshkin, respectively. 34 Ms. Cerbone stated that Ms. Hayes was the proxy holder for the following: LALP Development, LLC 127 Votes 36 LALP Lots VII, LLC 20 Votes 37 LALP Lots X, LLC 12 Votes 1
