Recommended Action: Adopt a revision to newly adopted Council Policy C-14 regarding use of City resources for marijuana based businesses to prohibit use of marijuana at City facilities. (d) Addition of a Tree to City of Salem Heritage Tree List Ward 2 Councilor Andersen - NEN (PW) Recommended Action: Adopt the recommendation of the Shade Tree Advisory Committee to add the Deodar Cedar located at rd Street NE to the City's Heritage Tree List. *(e) Approval to Submit a Proposal to the Oregon Department of Transportation for Funding through the Non- Highway Enhance Program Wards 1, 3, 5, 6 Councilors Bennett, Nanke, Dickey, and Benjamin Northgate, Faye Wright, Nola, Morningside, Highland, CANDO, Grant, NEN (PW) Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to submit a proposal to the Oregon Department of Transportation for funding through the Non-Highway Enhance Program to design and construct a series of five multi-modal safety crossing projects. 4.
