Consider for approval Supplemental No. 1 to Federal Fund Exchange Master Agreement No dated April 29, 2016 between Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) and Reno County, Kansas. Consider for approval and signature an application for the High Risk Rural Roads Program Request for FFY2020 between KDOT and Reno County, Kansas.
