It is not a question and answer session and the City Council will not respond to comments or answer questions during this period. The Mayor may refer any matter brought up to the City Council to the Chief Administrative Officer or City Clerk if action is needed. CONSENT AGENDA All items within the Consent Agenda will be enacted by one motion of the Council with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by request of a member of the City Council. Bill 10699, appropriating funds from the Water Fund (Fund Balance) to the Water Distribution Account, Project #WA1907, for the Swan Avenue Project ($2,550,000) 6. Bill 10700, appropriating funds from the Equitable Sharing Fund Balance to Account # for training for the Police Department ($7,300) 7. Bill 10701, appropriating funds, accepting the bid of Don Brown Chevrolet (pursuant to State of Missouri Cooperative Contract) for the purchase of a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Pursuit 2WD SUV for the Police Department and authorizing and directing the Director of Procurement to issue a Purchase Order ($32,936.60) IX.
