Accept the resignation of Mechelle Kirkwood, 2-Hour Bus Driver, effective at the end of the school year. b. Approve a Family & Medical Leave of Absence (FMLA - maternity) for Amanda Marlo for up to 12 weeks beginning on (or around) October 7, c. Employ James Heller, 260 Day (prorated to 239 days) Night Custodian, 8 Hours/Day, Level 0, and all other fringe benefits as defined in the current OAPSE Local 485 negotiated agreement, effective August 1, d. Employ Christopher Rooney, 7-Hour Educational Aide, 188 Days, Level 4, and all other fringe benefits as defined in the current OAPSE Local 485 negotiated agreement, effective August 16, 2017 (contingent upon the receipt of a fingerprint check through FBI/BCI which reflects no conviction of any felony, any misdemeanor that would be a felony on the second offense, any sex offense, any offense of violence, any theft offense, or any drug abuse offense). e.
