The petitiners seek t have real prperty annexed t the Netarts water District. A public hearing was held befre the Bard f Cmmissiners n January 9, Ntice f that public hearing was duly made by publicatin f a ntice f the hearing in the Headlight-Herald, a newspaper f general circulatin in Tillamk Cunty, Oregn. In additin, ntice was made by psting the ntice f public hearing in three public places near the area t be annexed. The affidavit f Paul Levesque as t the psting f ntice f public hearing and the affidavit f publicatin f public hearing are attached heret as exhibits t this rder. Being fully advised, the Bard f Cmmissiners makes the fllwing findings f fact and rder: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. water District annexatins are gverned by ORB and The petitiners cnstitute a substantial number f electrs and are the wners f the prperty sught t be annexed t the Netarts water District. 3. 2 4. The prpsed annexatin meets with the apprval f the Netarts water District Bard, as evidenced by the reslutin f the District's Bard in favr f annexatin. 5. The prperty t be annexed cnsists primarily f rural prperty in the area f Netarts and n adjacent prperty wners are in ppsitin t annexatin. 6. The prpsed annexatin will have n adverse r cntradictry impact n the present land use rdinances and cmprehensive land use plan fr Tillamk Cunty and is cnsistent with the Oregn statewide land use planning gals, as the annexatin will nt allw any use f land which is incnsistent with the abve existing land use rdinances and cmprehensive plan. c=) 7.
