On March 8, 2011, Pentex filed an Applicalin with the PUC fr apprval t aend its Certificate f Public Cnvenience lhat is currenlly n Hie with Ihe Cissin. Specifically, Pentex seeks apprval t add natural gas gaihering services t the services perfred fr its existing transprialin custer (Cargill Meat Slulins Crpratin 52 Pa. Cde

4 ("Cargill")) and fr lcal prducers in the Twnships f Wyalusing, Herrick. Terry, Tuscarra, Stevens and Wilt in Bradfrd Cunty, Pennsylvania ("Prpsed Service Territry"). Pentex's Prpsed Service Territry is nnexclusive. The natural gas transprted fr prducers will be used t serve Cargill r injected int the interstate pipeline syste thrugh Pentex's existing intercnnectin pint. 2. On March 24, 201 1, Pentex filed ntice f its Applicatin in a newspaper f general circulatin in Pentex's Prpsed Service Territry in Bradfrd Cunty, Pennsylvania. 3. On March 26, 2011, ntice f Pentex's Applicalin was published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin? The ntice direcied all prtests and inicrventins t be filed with the Cissin and served n Penlex n r befre April 11, Mr. Shervinski filed his Prtest t Pentex's Applicatin n April 6, 201 I.
