2 Applicability This dcument will be applicable t all DMCC member cmpanies with active licenses wh are applying fr new dependents visas n behalf f their emplyees. Imprtant Ntes Spnsrs wh have an pen file in GDRFA are required t uplad a cpy f the receipt, therwise DMCC will pen the file n behalf f the spnsr fr an additinal charge. Sharehlders nt hlding DMCC residence visa and hlding Dubai residence visa can apply fr the dependents visa. All applicants details must be entered as per the passprt infrmatin. Minimum passprt validity must be 6 mnths while applying fr the entry permit. 3 1. Cmplete the applicatin frm t apply fr Dependents Services - Visa services - Dependents Residence Permits (Visa) - Apply fr New n the DMCC prtal. 2. Insert cmpany s valid license number. 3. Select the relevant Dependent Type frm the drp dwn menu. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/2017 3

4 4. Fill in the spnsr's passprt Details.(make sure the passprt number is as per DMCC recrds) 5. Fill in the Spnsr s bank accunt IBAN Number. 6. If the spnsr has an existing GDRFA spnsr file, please tick the bx. Yu may refer t the New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/2017 4

Health insurance details will be entered during the residence visa prcess. (Optinal) 9. Fill in the Dependents Passprt Details and Dependent Address Details. 12 20. The electrnic Entry permit can be dwnladed frm the member prtal under the SR Dcuments sectin n the service request. Print the Entry Permit and prceed with the next steps. 21. In case the applicatin is inside UAE with amendment, yu will receive an ntificatin cnfirming that the applicatin is been frwarded t GDRFA. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/

13 22. Receive an ntificatin nce the electrnic change f status amendment is dne. 23. The electrnic Change f status dcument can be dwnladed frm the member prtal under the SR Dcuments sectin n the service request. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/

17 24. Receive an ntificatin t update the applicant s health insurance details. 25. Uplad a cpy f the health insurance card under the SR dcuments sectin n the service request. 26. Update the health insurance details under the Steps sectin n the service request. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/

18 27. Click Edit and enter the mandatry details 28. Enter the details and click Change. 29. Click Insurance Details Updated and Prceed t Save. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/

19 30. Receive a ntificatin fr the delivery nce the applicatin is apprved by the Immigratin Department (GDRFA). 31. Please refer t the Delivery Airway Bill number n the service request t track the delivery f the passprt. New Dependents Residence Permit Issue Date: 02/11/
