Be a prfessinal r affiliate member f the NSBE Prfessinals natinally in gd standing. Have been a member in gd standing f the NSBE DC Prfessinals fr at least ne peratinal year immediately prir t the peratin year fr that ffice. Basic demgraphic infrmatin will be prvided in yur prfile s yu d nt need t mentin it in yur statement. (350 wrds r less) Develp a Leadership Resume This dcument shuld highlight all f yur NSBE leadership and/r relevant leadership r management experience utside f NSBE, specifically as related t the psitin f applicatin (1 page r less). This resume will be psted with yur prfile in the NSBE DC Prfessinals Candidate s Preview fr elected psitins. Nte: Frmatting may be altered when put int final package. Shall publish and disperse said dcuments as necessary required r requested. 6) Shall require frm the Executive Bard, standing cmmittees, and special cmmittees f the Chapter, a recrd f the activities f said bdy. 7) Shall render reprts and accuntings t the General Membership, the Chapter Executive Bard, and Natinal Office as required by the Natinal Operating Guidelines. 8) Will act as the Directr f the Cmmunicatins Zne f the chapter, and thereby versee the Telecmmunicatins and Publicatins standing cmmittees. NSBE DC Prfessinals Treasurer (currently held by Nky Efretei, treasurer@nsbedc.rg ) 1) Shall keep accunt f and mnitr NSBE DC Prfessinals funds in the NSBE Prfessinals Treasury cnsistent with the plicy set frth by the Natinal Executive Bard 2) Shall keep accunts and depsit rganizatin funds f the NSBE DC Prfessinals Treasury. Accunts shuld reflect the financial cnditins, business transactins, assets, liabilities prperties, receipts, disbursements, gains, lsses, and financial trends f the rganizatin. Depsitries and valuables shall be in the name f the assciatin and in a manner prescribed by the Executive Bard. 3) Shall ensure that expenditures made fr the Chapter s business be in a manner apprved by the Executive Bard. 4) Shall maintain the membership rll and cllect annual dues f the Chapter in a manner develped alng with the Executive Bard. 5) Shall cnslidate cmmittee budgets and perating expenses and prepare an verall chapter budget t be submitted t the Executive Bard fr apprval prir t the deadline set by the President fr budget submissins. 7 f 13
