It displays the current and pre-existing enrllment perids. When the re-enrllment prcess has been initiated, a new perid is created and displays with dates equal t zer (00/00/ /00/0000). The dates f the actual renewal perid will ppulate when yu make a decisin t re-enrll the prvider. Select Persn Shw All Peple The Shw All Peple checkbx, when checked, displays all peple assciated with the prvider, bth active and inactive Unchecked, it will shw nly active peple. Persn Site Overall Criminal Determinatin The Persn drp-dwn list displays the prvider, emplyees, and/r vlunteers, and, nly when the prgram type is FCC, husehld members age 18 years f age r lder (cllectively knwn as Site Peple). The display includes bth the Persn s Name and their Rle. Select a Site Persn t view the persn-specific infrmatin n the Criminal Cnvictins windw. Site Overall Criminal Determinatin is a system generated field that displays the verall cmpliance status fr the prvider pertaining t the Criminal Cnvictin histry fr the prvider and all applicable Site Peple. Nt Yet Determined indicates that all Criminal Cnvictin values are Nt Yet Determined, N Disclsure, Incmplete, Allwed, N Histry r Exceptin Granted AND at least ne value must be Nt Yet Determined, Incmplete, r Blank. On each Packet/Parent rw, the Criminal Cnvictins Cmpleteness/Disclsure Status, Disclsure Narrative/Parental Acknwledgement, Attestatin Categrizatin, Packet Status, and Family Decisin are displayed. The Criminal Cnvictins Cmpleteness/Disclsure Status and the Disclsure Narrative/Parental Acknwledgement fr each packet may be recrded n this windw r n the Packet Requirements windw. The Criminal Histry Cmpleteness/Disclsure Status is used t indicate 1) whether the prvider has cmpleted the sectin f the enrllment packet pertaining t a criminal cnvictins histry fr the selected Site Persn, and 2) if the attestatin sectin is cmplete, whether r nt there is a disclsure fr the selected Site Persn. Disclsure: This value indicates that the prvider has cmpleted the Criminal Cnvictins attestatin n the enrllment packet and that the prvider disclsed a Criminal Cnvictin fr the selected Site Persn. This selectin requires the enrllment agent t categrize the level f crime and take the apprpriate enrllment actin. N Disclsure: This value indicates that the prvider has cmpleted the Criminal Cnvictins attestatin n the enrllment packet and that the prvider did nt disclse that the selected Site Persn has any Criminal Cnvictins. Nt Cmplete: This value indicates that the enrllment packet was missing infrmatin regarding whether there were any Criminal Cnvictins.
