The first page f the FWAB is a Vter Declaratin/Affirmatin yu must cmplete in rder fr yur ballt t cunt. After cmpleting the Vter Declaratin/Affirmatin, use the initial electin ntice issued n the 100 th day befre the electin and the updated electin ntice issued n the 45 th day befre the electin as a guide t: (1) write the name f each candidate r issue cntest fr which yu are casting a vte and then (2) write the name f yur chice f candidate r chice fr r against an issue.
