5 INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTER FOR INDICATING YOUR CHOICES ON A FEDERAL WRITE-IN ABSENTEE BALLOT (FWAB): T cmplete a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballt (FWAB), g t Yu have the ptin f dwnlading a blank, hard cpy FWAB t cmplete by hand, r prceeding thrugh electrnic cmpletin f the FWAB using the website s FWAB Wizard. The first page f the FWAB is a Vter Declaratin/Affirmatin yu must cmplete in rder fr yur ballt t cunt. After cmpleting the Vter Declaratin/Affirmatin, use the initial electin ntice issued n the 100 th day befre the electin and the updated electin ntice issued n the 45 th day befre the electin as a guide t: (1) write the name f each candidate r issue cntest fr which yu are casting a vte and then (2) write the name f yur chice f candidate r chice fr r against an issue. After yu have cmpleted the FWAB, yu must PRINT the ballt and MAIL it t yur cunty bard f electins at this address: Ottawa Cunty Bard f Electins, 8444 W. T remve/delete cntests, mve yur cursr ver the text bx yu wish t delete; in the upper right crner a fur-way arrw in a bx will appear, right-click n that bx, then select cut t remve the text bx. T add lines t accmmdate the crrect number f candidates / ffices under each categry, click inside the last rw f the categry fr which yu need t add additinal lines, then hit the Tab key n yur keybard. Cntinuing t hit the tab key will add mre rws. If yu are using Office 2007 r higher, yu have the ability t right-click inside ne f the cells then frm the menu that appears, select Insert then Insert rws abve r belw depending n yur intended utcme, etc. Be sure t Save As after yu have started.
