Judi Cohen, who practiced law for over 25 years and taught for over a decade, founded Warrior One LLC to help lawyers find satisfaction in a profession and world surrounded by conflict. About Judi Cohen and Warrior One Warrior One is a company that offers Essential Mindfulness for Lawyers ( EML ) through trainings and coaching. EML is a program that enables lawyers to cultivate greater focus and inspiration, reduce stress and employ discernment and thoughtfulness even under significant pressure. Since 1985, Judi has worked with hundreds of lawyers and law students as an attorney, law professor, trainer and coach. In addition to her work at Warrior One, Judi is a professor at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Panelists will share advice on their daily challenges to master and maintain their legal skills, start and continue their involvement in the community, mentor new lawyers and feel fulfilled while doing it all. The MCLE programs for the 2012 PBA WIP Fall Retreat are presented in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court CLE Board as an accredited CLE provider. The individual CLE programs for this conference have been approved for the number of credit hours indicated. 3

4 Fall Retreat Public Service Projects This year, attendees at the Fall Retreat will have the option of donating items to either the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank or Dress for Success. Both organizations would gratefully accept either cash or in-kind donations. The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank serves 27 counties in Pennsylvania with an estimated population of 3 million people and is always in need of monetary and/or in-kind donations. Some of the most-needed food drive items are canned tuna, pasta/packaged noodles, soup, peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit, canned vegetables, crackers, tomato/pasta sauce, cereal and other non-perishable items. Also, consider going to your favorite grocer or restaurant and asking if it would be willing to donate items for our collection. Remember that the state Department of Health requires that all cans have labels and that packaged goods be factory-sealed, in good condition, without rust or severe dents. Also, health laws prohibit the distribution of home-canned or home-packaged foods. Your help will be greatly appreciated at this difficult time for those less fortunate. Dress for Success aims to advance low-income women s economic and social development and encourages selfsufficiency through career development and employment retention. Dress for Success responds to the needs of our communities by providing programs that help women acquire jobs, retain their new positions and succeed in the mainstream work place. For this drive, clean, neat dresses, suits, dress slacks and tops of all sizes are needed, as well as shoes, coats, maternity clothes and accessories. Please bring your food and clothing donations to the retreat and look for the designated area of collection.
