A CONVERSATION WITH THE HONORABLE GREGORY G. KATSAS HONORABLE GREGORY G. KATSAS, CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE, U.S. COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE D.C. CIRCUIT MODERATED BY: HONORABLE ALAN O. FORST, FLORIDA FOURTH DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL In this segment, Judge Katsas will share his perspectives on appellate practice, developed over the course of a dynamic legal career in which he served as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court and two U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, held a number of critical roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, maintained a thriving appellate practice, and received a judicial appointment to the D.C. Circuit, where he currently serves as a Circuit Court Judge.
