One Home Owner clarification: March 11 th trial e. Website: Do we need this? Put in newsletter and discuss at annual meeting f. Black SUV: still trying to determine owner regarding speeding and erratic driving a. Newsletter: Chuck will finish b. Drainage Board: chuck spoke to Kevin, more water in Arran Quay than ever. Work not complete, need holes in sand pipe and grading to be finished. Received drawings on Blarney Stone and Sweet Briar. Will meet again c. Common Areas: Survey Results (see below) a. Annual Meeting Open Discussion: 1) Detention Ponds: Kevin called, cut hole in sandpipe, will bring up at board meeting to regrade and reseed 1. need to check grates 2. Will get rebar on Lennox fixed by street department 3. Will look into pipes sticking in sidewalks 4. Sump pump connections 2) Easement Area (woods) Signs 1. No signs at ponds, do not want to encourage people walking back there 2. Send letter to homeowner about kids going through yard to wooded area 3) Solicitation of Churches: need to check on this 4) Capital Improvements: Don t need 2/3 vote. The 2.3 vote is only required for a special assessment for a capital improvement d. Garage Sale Signs: Simco or Signs by Design, want 4 signs, double sided, Chuck will look into this e. s: 1) Dog barking: will include in newsletter again 2) Pool: if plans submitted we will allow a hearing f. Nesletter: need to mention dog problems and the garage sale g. Late Fees: Anyone after April 1 st needs to pay the late fee (per covenants will give 30 days after due date). After May 15 th payment will go to small claims court a. Drainage Board: see new business b. Common Areas/Front Entrances: received quote for 105 sprinkler heads for $6,400, seemed excessive, Chuck will review c. Late Fees: see above a. April s Approved b. Common Areas: RV not mowing and not fertilizing. Chuck to continue following up with them. Will not renew contract for next year a. Drainage Board: graded, seed and hay down on Arryan Quay. Drainage: legal documents for Blarney Stone finished but county will not perform any of the work. Will determine next meeting if we can take further action b.
