1 At the Chapter SEP meeting in Jacksonville, Bruce Waters at Pacific Delight was a great speaker! The San Francisco East Bay OSSN Chapter took place on Sept. 24, 2013 at Walnut Creek Library. The topic was Globus Training Avalon Waterways. Karen Won was the meeting's vendor. Attendees are from l r, Juanita Johnson, Nora Enriquez, Cheryl Bowie Karen Wong and their guest, Christina.

2 The Blue Ridge-Va chapter of OSSN met Thursday, September 26, 2013 in Winchester Virginia at Shared Knowledge s Tech Classroom. Travel Bound was the featured vendor. Debbie Spatola, BDM for Virginia and West Virginia was the presenter. In the picture is Debbie Spatola and Mary June Williams, chapter director. The joy of the meeting was having Debbie take us step by step thru Travel Bounds booking engine Then, because each of us had a desktop computer, we were able to navigate in the site looking for hotel rooms, transfers, and sightseeing activities for our clients jumping all over the world to locations we know nothing about. However, with the maps and city locations we gained a comfort level that in the end will help our clients.

3 The Houston Chapter met on Sept. 26, 2013 at Los Tios Mexican Restaurant for a fun-filled product overview about Funjet Vacations. Attendees are from l r, Tera Wicker, BDM Funjet Vacations (holding up bunny ears), Leslie Richardson, Houston s chapter director (behind Tera), and most of the evenings attendees. On Sept. 26 at the Waters Edge Resort, chapter members learned of the 2014 cruises which Holland America will offer as well as how to market and sell the product. 4 The Orlando OSSN CHAPTER met on Sept. 26, 2013 at Golden Corral, 897 Town Pkwy, Altamonte Springs, Fla Touring China Bruce Walters- Pacific Delight Tours First Row, Cliff Marchbank, Maribel Mercado, Lesle Funk Second Row, Eldiwe Marchbank,Phyllis Fazio, Chuck Fazio, Bruce Walters(far right) Pacific Delight Tours.

5 The AZ OSSN Chapter met Sept. 17, 2013 at Camelback Golf Club, 7847 Mockingbird Ln, Scottsdale, Ariz. Serving as the setting for the Buck Wilson Travel Trade Show. 128 agents had the opportunity to learn at the Uniworld Boutique Cruises Seminar & at the Alaska Seminar before the show. There were 24 suppliers to talk with & pick up materials. A buffet meal followed & then 24 door prizes were given out. It was a great evening for agents to learn & network. If you missed this event, watch for next year & sign up early so you don't miss out. Agents enjoyed meeting Vinnie Brown, Area Manager with Collette Vacations (photo standing back left) at the Chapter Meeting Sept. 26 at Chili's Restaurant in Nashua, N.H. Chapter Director, Ellen Kettle, (standing on right) stated agents found the presentation by Vinnie to be most informative. Vinnie gave a great presentation on the many products and services Collette offer for both individual and group bookings. He discussed the many marketing opportunities offered by Collette Vacations for agents to promote and book escorted vacations. Vinnie hosted dinner for agents and all enjoyed open discussions during dinner.

6 After a brief Summer break, Birmingham OSSN is back with a bang... a Hard Rock bang, that is! Jennah Brookshire (4th from left) knocked it out of the park with her home-run presentation of the Hard Rock "All Inclusive Collection" and bringing us up to date with recent changes at Hard Rock. A very interactive meeting with a lot of Q & A s! One of our best meetings this year!

7 First meeting of the Colorado Springs chapter of OSSN! Members are from l-r, wen Lang, Pamela Chestnut, Kathy Blanchard, Ian Blanchard, Karen Sullivan, Norma Pittman. We are all excited to gather to share helpful suggestions and to support each other as we share our passion for travel with our clients.

8 The September meeting of the Greater St.Louis MO area chapter of OSSN on Sept. 24 at Fallon's Grill and Pub on Olive Blvd. in St. Louis. Included a presentation from our local Disney Destinations BDM Tammy Spa on new features for a Walt Disney World package vacation and fun news about the "Magic Bands" which we will see in beta test use during our convention next month in Orlando.
