On behalf of the Board of Directors of the AZDQOA and Territory Operator of Arizona, Pat Hanigan and his team, please accept our cordial invitation and plan on joining us along with your fellow franchisees at the beautiful Hilton Phoenix-Chandler, February 6-7, We have fantastic program and agenda planned for you and fellow franchisees at our new venue. The Hilton Phoenix-Chandler offers a beautiful location with easy access from anywhere in the state. It is located across from the Chandler Fashion Square Mall, movie theaters, and world class restaurants, for those of you coming from out of town and want to stay over. We have a wonderful Luau dinner poolside planned for Wednesday evening, February 6th, along with dancers and fire performance. There will be a Lei greeting and standup comedy by a local favorite which is family friendly. Hilton Phoenix-Chandler The program will be filled with dynamic speakers and important DQOA and DQOC business. We will have our vendor exhibits on Thursday morning and all meals are provided at no charge to you as AZDQOA members. There will be time to discuss current successes and challenges facing today s DQ operators as well as opportunities to learn about your family of DQOC suppliers and distributors. 3 Shamrock Farms Prompt Pay Rebates Are In the Works! Every year as part of our agreement with Shamrock Farms there is a rebate paid to all stores that pay inside of the credit terms of Shamrock Farms. Our fiscal year for this rebate program ends September 30th so they are working on the reports and verifications now which will take a period of time to complete. We will let you know when payments are headed out which we hope to have out by the end of November. For 2018, the rebates will once again be over $27,000 for locations through-out Arizona. This rebate program was implemented 22 years ago by your state association, and has paid out over $500, to the franchisees of Arizona!
