After January 11th, 2019, the full payment is due with the contract. On January 11th, 2019, the remaining 50% on previously received contracts is due. After that date, all reserved space not paid in full will be released for resale. Applications received on-site at the Structures Congress 2018 must pay 50% deposit on or before July 10, Set -up is prohibited until booth space is paid in full. Assignment of Exhibit Space Space is assigned to companies in good standing and upon receipt of full payment. Contracts will be dated and assigned in order received. If your choice of space is not available, the closest space to your original selection will be assigned. No guarantees are made with respect to booth location. Subletting The exhibitor shall not reassign, sublease or share assigned exhibit space with any person, firm, or other entity and agrees not to exhibit, advertise, or offer for sale goods other than those manufactured or sold by the exhibitor in the regular course of business, without notification to and approval of ASCE Show Management. CANCELLATION OF SPACE Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management. A refund of the total amount paid less a $150 processing fee per booth will be made if cancellation is received before Thursday, January 10, No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after Friday, January 11, EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION Included in your space rental fee is one (1) Full Structures Congress 2019 Registration and one (1) Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration. An Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent as part of the official Exhibitor Service Kit mailed five (5) months prior to Congress. The Exhibitor Registration Form must be completed for the Full Registration and the Exhibit Booth Personnel (if applicable) and returned to registrations@ asce.org or via fax to no later than Tuesday, March 12, After Tuesday, March 12, 2019 exhibitor registration will take place on-site at Structures Congress 2019 and there will be a $75 on-site processing fee for each exhibit registrant. Additional Booth Personnel Registration One (1) Additional Booth Personnel Registration may be purchased at the reduced rate of $300. The Additional Booth Personnel Registration Form will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. The form must be completed and returned to registrations@asce.org or via fax to no later than Tuesday, March 12, After Tuesday, March 12, 2019, an Additional Booth Personnel registration will take place on-site at the Structures Congress 2019 with an additional $75 on-site processing fee which will make the rate $375. EXHIBIT SERVICE COMPANY Alliance Exposition Services is the official contractor for ASCE/SEI. An Exhibitor Service Kit containing the forms necessary to ship your booth and to place orders for services will be ed to you five (5) months before the Congress.
