Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to biomimetics2018@qut.edu.au and can incur the following cancellations fees: 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 2 June % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 2 August % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 2 October 2018 Cancellations received on or after 2 October 2018 will not be refunded You are responsible for the safety and security of any items brought onsite as part of your entitlements. It is your responsibility to arrange delivery of items to and from the venue. Please note, it may not be possible to store items at the venue prior to or after the Conference.
