The meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo from Friday June 1, 2018 Saturday June 2, If you plan on attending please reserve your rooms now at the NYSAHA special rate of $ by calling the Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo at (716) When calling make sure to inform the reservation desk that you are a NYSAHA meeting attendee and use CODE: AHA. The cutoff date for that rate is Friday April 27, Check in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check out time is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo features complimentary full cooked-to-order breakfast every morning and a nightly evening reception from 5:30 PM 7:30 PM. Friday night will be The NYSAHA Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner at the Embassy Suites. Saturday morning will begin with a presentation on the proposed NYSAHA proposals and USA Hockey rule changes. Please make every effort to attend this informative session. Enclosed are the reservation forms that should be sent in along with your check or money order made payable to NYSAHA. Please remember that tickets are available through ADVANCED SALE ONLY and the cut off date is Friday May 11, Finally, the Annual Meeting voter delegate Registration will take place on Friday, June 1 st from 4:00 PM 7:00 PM and Saturday June 2 nd from 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Registration will close promptly at 1:30 PM on Saturday June 2, Any changes to voter delegate forms must be in writing from the association president and addressed to their section president by Saturday June 2, 2018 at 12:00 PM (noon). NO CHANGES TO DELEGATE FORMS WILL BE APPROVED AFTER 12:00 PM ON SATURDAY JUNE 2, Only those individuals already listed on the roster will be allowed to vote. Voting will take place at the Annual Meeting beginning at 1:30 PM on Saturday June 2, Attached is a proposal form for bylaw or rule changes. The proposal form must be submitted to me via USPS, at the address above, or to eric.guzdek@nysaha.com via electronic transmission.
