In accordance with the bylaws of the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women (WFRW) {Article IX., sec. 1}, I Charlotte Rasmussen, President of the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women, hereby issues the Official Call to the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women s 39th Biennial Convention and requests that the delegated representatives of the members of the WFRW present themselves for the Convention on November 3 4, 2017 in Neenah Wisconsin. This is the Call to the pre-convention Board of Director s meetings on November 3, The agenda will include such business as should properly be conducted by the delegates, including election of officers for the term, proposed bylaw amendments and resolutions, and additional business appropriate for consideration. The Convention will feature workshops, exciting speakers and networking events. The Convention will provide an excellent forum to review our achievements and to look ahead to new opportunities. 3 Convention Registration Information The Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women (WFRW) is pleased to host our 39th Biennial Convention in conjunction with our 2017 Fall Board of Directors Meeting and a Convention Banquet at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Neenah, Wisconsin. The banquet is semi-formal attire. We are offering a variety of participation levels to accommodate your schedule and interests. You may purchase the all-inclusive Everything Package which includes the Fall 2017 Board of Directors Meeting, Buffet Luncheon, Workshops and Convention Banquet on Friday, 39th Biennial Convention and Buffet Luncheon on Saturday. Or, you have the option to purchase tickets to individual events. 4 Convention Registration Information (Cont d) Frequently Asked Questions May I bring a guest? Yes, guest registration are available for family, friends and potential new members. Guests follow the same registration schedule and procedure as full Convention registrants. Guests who purchase a full Convention registration may attend the general sessions featuring key Republican speakers, food functions and Friday workshops. Complete a separate Registration Form for each guest. Whom do I call if I have questions? Hotel: Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, Neenah, WI., and ask for WFRW Room block. How do I receive my registration credentials? Registration packets, including credentials and tickets, must be picked up by the registrant in the WFRW registration area at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel. Where will activities be held? Voting may be by acclamation when there is but one candidate for office. Picture ID is required to cast a ballot.
