The Harris County Attorney's Office in conjunction with Harris County Pct 4 Constables Office is offering a bandit sign class. The instructor is Assistant County Attorney Cedric Loeb, who is well known for his knowledge and expertise in identifying and prosecuting the offenders of this type of community blight.
