3 Greetings from your Chamber President, Chad LeMair, Above All Hardwood Floors, Performance Construction and Above All Distribution A quick recap of February starts with our Ice Golf. WOW! What a wonderful event again this year. Over 200 golfers and 18 hole sponsors makes this the largest year ever for this event. The weather was perfect and we had 2 1/2 hours of fun interaction with the golfers. Visit our new website ICE GOLF (Under EVENTS) or become a FAN facebook to check out the pictures of the event. Please consider being a hole sponsor for this event next year! A special thank you to Captain Jacks for providing a wonderful atmosphere and accommodations. Thank you Mayor Ken Hedberg for presenting at our February s membership meeting, we had 71 members present at City Hall. A special thank you to the many that donated dollars to our community opportunities and again for the past president donation Chris Mahowald. Next was our Wedding Central at Prior Lake VFW. We had over 30+ brides attend with 28 vendors. It was very fun and the response of the vendors and attendees have been very positive. Again check out the facebook page (there might be a familiar face as a model) and website. This March we have several events starting with an After Hours at Legends, which is a multi- Chamber event on March 7, new member orientation on March 12, Young Professionals Group on March 14, Ribbon Cutting on March 19 at Teresa s Prior Lake and our monthly membership meeting is at The Pointe. We will also be printed the Annual Directory! Have you remembered to Shop Local Shop Often? In closing I would like to thank over 300+ members for renewing or joining the Chamber.
