7 Notices 435 Facility Address: 901 Canterbury Drive, Hays, KS The proposed action is to reissue a pretreatment permit for an existing facility. This facility manufactures hydraulic control valves, cylinders, pumps and motors. Steel parts are processed in a 3-stage conversion coating operation, in the northeast part of the plant, to prepare the steel parts for paint. This facility also has a wash station for the aluminum impregnator and a valve wash station that cleans grey iron and ductile castings. The proposed permit contains limits for ph, total toxic organics, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, nickel, silver, zinc and cyanide. Persons wishing to comment on the draft documents and/or permit applications must submit their comments in writing to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment if they wish to have the comments considered in the decision-making process.
