2 AGENDA ITEM: H - 12 Recreation Coordinator Employment Agreement Addendum No. 1 DATE: February 7, 2017 ACTION REQUIRED: ORDINANCE COUNCIL INFORMATION RESOLUTION OTHER MOTION X EXPLANATION: Recreation Coordinator Amanda Bogle has experienced a change in her medical coverage. This change may require an addendum to her employment agreement. The Mayor and City Administrator will meet with Recreation Coordinator Bogle on Monday, February 6, 2017 to discuss this issue. Changes to this agenda bill and any required documents will be uploaded by end of business on that day. FISCAL IMPACT: BARS CODE: ALTERNATIVES: STAFF RECOMMENDATION: COUNCIL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: GG&F Committee meeting on February 7, This item will be discussed at the MOTION: The motion will be provided in an updated agenda bill on Monday, February 6, 2017.

3 AGENDAITEM: Police Vehicle Purchase DATE: February 8, 2017 ACTIONREQUIRED: ORDINANCE RESOLUTION MOTION XX COUNCILINFORMATION OTHER EXPLANATION: This is a request to the City Council to authorize the Police Department to purchase three (3) new police vehicles and required emergency equipment. This vehicle is a budgeted item. FISCAL IMPACT: $159,000 BARS # ALTERNATIVES: None STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Police Department has met and discussed this purchase and approves the expenditure. COUNCILCOMMITTEERECOMMENDATION: Public Safety Committee approves this expenditure. MOTION: I move to authorize the Police Department to purchase three (3) new police vehicles and the required emergency equipment.

4 AGENDA ITEM: Animal Shelter Assistant Part Time Position DATE: February 8, 2017 ACTION REQUIRED: ORDINANCE RESOLUTION COUNCIL INFORMATION OTHER MOTION X EXPLANATION:The Animal Shelter part time position is now vacant with the hiring of Isseia Navarro as the full time assistant. Staff re Staff requests permission to?ll this vacancy. FISCAL IMPACT: BARS # ALTERNATIVES: STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. COUNCILCOMMITTEERECOMMENDATION: MOTION: I move to authorize the City to hire part time assistant for the Animal Shelter.

5 AGENDA ITEM: SharePoint Software Program Purchase DATE: February 8, 2017 ACTION REQUIRED: ORDINANCE RESOLUTION COUNCILINFORMATION OTHER MOTION XX EXPLANATION: This IS a request to the City Council to authorize the Police Department purchase SharePoint Software. This software is a budgeted item. This program will enhance the Police Departments ability to create and modify necessary forms. FISCAL IMPACT: $22,000 BARS # ~21~64 00 ALTERNATIVES: None STAFF RECOMMENDATION: The Police Department has met and discussed this purchase and approves the expenditure. COUNCILCOMMITTEERECOMMENDATION: The Public Safety Committee met and recommends full Councilauthorizationfor approval of the budgeted expenditure. MOTION: I move to authorize the Police Department to purchase SharePoint for a cost not to exceed $22,000.
