With the acquisition of Microsoft Well, the city has recently submitted an application to include Microsoft's well as additional point of withdrawal to the same Water Right. Ecology advises that the city withdraw the 2009 application, for Department of Ecology to process and approve the new application. 14 CITY OF QUINCY, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF QUINCY WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING AN INTERFUND LOAN FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE REUSE CONSTRUCTION FUND WHEREAS, the City Council?nds that it is in the best interests and general welfare of the City to?nd innovative solutions utilizing existing infrastructureto meet the requirement by the USBR to discontinue discharge into irrigation system ditches; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that adequate reserve available in the Current Expense Fund; a.nd?mds are WHEREAS, in order to maintain sufficient cash?ow in the Reuse Construction Fund, the City has determined that it is necessary for the City to borrow funds from the General Fund; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF QUINCYas follows: Section 1.
