July 21, 2015 The Phelps County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on July 21, 2015 as advertised, with Commissioners Tom Nutt; Shelley Brenn; Russ Cruise; Matt Gregg; Rick Streeter; Jim Ostgren and Theresa Puls present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ostgren. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Jim announced the open meeting law would be in effect and that a copy is posted on the wall. Motion The Board resumed regular session as a Board of Commissioners at 9:33 a.m. Bobby Hamilton, Highway Supt., met with the Board with his road report. Bobby discussed the agreement with Miller & Associates on the overlay project no. 118-P To do asphalt resurfacing on H Rd between Highway 23 and Atlanta ( L/A Hwy) 5.6 miles south and also Rd 747 between Q Rd and T Rd approximately 3.4 miles. The cost of this project would be $14,150 for engineering fee and construction fee would not exceed $27,000. Nutt moved, seconded by Puls, to execute the agreement with Miller & Associates.
