Approval of the listings of Warrants and Checks paid for November, 2018, in the amount of $415, and receipts totaling $278, C. # RESOLUTION to set date and time for the Budget Hearing at 7:30 a.m. on 10 th day, January D. # RESOLUTION to set date and time for the Reorganizational meeting at 7:35 a.m. on 10 th day, January 2019.

Motion to approve the following generous donations: 1. A cash donation of $ from the Ridgewood Golf Boosters of West Lafayette, Ohio to the SkillsUSA Club, for use in the Criminal Justice Program. 2. Donation of designed cleanable and reusable CPR valve for practice masks valued at approximately $39.00 from Jordan Reddick, Project Lead the Way (Engineering Student) at McKinley Senior High School of Canton for use in the Early Childhood Education Program. 3. Donation of $50.00 from Sue and Bill Balentine of Coshocton to the FCCLA Club. 4. Donation of $20.00 from Auer Ace Hardware of Coshocton to the FCCLA Club. 5. Donation of $ from Coshocton C.A.R.E.S. for the Culinary Program sponsoring the College Fair Representatives to the FCCLA Club. SUPERINTENDENT S RECOMMENDATIONS A. # RESOLUTION to recognize Mrs. Tracey Olinger for her 22 ½ years of loyal service at the Coshocton County Joint Vocational School District from July of 1996 through December WHEREAS, Mrs. Olinger has been employed by the Coshocton County Career Center as Principal Secretary and currently Part-time Cook; and

4 5085 MINUTES Superintendent s Recommendation s, # RESOLUTION, (continued) WHEREAS, Mrs. Olinger has given excellent service, assistance to staff and students and dedication to the Coshocton County Career Center, above and beyond what was needed; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Olinger has demonstrated incredible professionalism, commitment to the career-tech mission and a great sensitivity to the needs of those working with her; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Olinger s devotion to duty and to the staff and student body of the Career Center is deeply appreciated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Coshocton County Joint Vocational School District Board of Education recognizes Mrs. Tracey Olinger for her years of dedicated service and the Board of Education extends its best wishes for a wonderful and enjoyable retirement. B. # RESOLUTION to approve the Coshocton County Joint Vocational Schools District s participation in the Ohio School Boards Association Legal Assistance Fund; and WHEREAS, the Coshocton County Joint Vocational School District s Board of Education wishes to support the efforts of other Boards of Education to obtain favorable judicial decisions; and WHEREAS, the Ohio School Boards Association Legal Assistance Fund has been established for this purpose; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Coshocton County Joint Vocational School District Board of Education resolves to participate in the OSBA LAF for calendar year 2019 and authorizes the Treasurer to pay to the LAF $

5 5086 MINUTES C. # RESOLUTION to renew O.S.B.A. annual membership dues for 2019 at a cost of $2,748.00; annual O.S.B.A. Briefcase subscription electronic copy no charge; Annual School Management News subscription electronic copy at a cost of $ D. Motion to approve Jennifer Terry of Kimbolton, Ohio as a substitute Paraprofessional, Custodian, Cook, and Secretary for the school year, as per salary schedule. E. Motion to approve the employment of Cherie Reveal of West Lafayette, Ohio as Parttime Cook from January 3, 2019 through June 30, 2019, on Step 0 of the Cook Salary Schedule. F. Motion to approve the Kent State University Memorandum of Understanding regarding College Credit Plus Master Agreement for the school year as submitted, (Appendix A).
