WRC18/133 THAT the agenda of the meeting of the Waikato Regional Council of 7 May 2018, as circulated, be confirmed as the business for the meeting. The motion was put and carried (WRC18/133) Disclosures of Interest (Agenda Item 3) There were no disclosures of interest note Long Term Plan hearings (Agenda Item #4) Doc # The report provided council with a copy of the individual submission received during consultation on the Long Term Plan, Tauhei flood protection scheme, water user charges and information gathering fees, and Matangi boundary adjustment and analysis of those submissions.
