SECTION A: (UNDER DELEGATION AND FOR THE INFORMATION OF COUNCIL) 8 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Kopu to Kaiaua (K2K) Cycleway File: Z (Docs # & ) This report provides background information on the process to date related to the memorandum of understanding being developed with Hauraki District Council for the Kopu to Kaiaua leg of the cycleway. 9 Draft - Material Sourcing Strategy for upgrading of Waihou and Piako Stopbanks File: Z (Docs # & ) This report provides an update on a material sourcing strategy for the upgrading of stopbanks within the Hauraki Zone. The strategy, if implemented, will help improve the costs associated with stopbank renewals and assist in annual and long term planning processes. 10 Regional Plan Review Project (Hauraki Water Quality) - Update File: (Docs # ) This report updates the Committee on the reviews of the Regional Coastal Plan (RCP) and Waikato Regional Plan in respect of Hauraki water quality. 11 Sea Change Tai Timu Tai Pari Hauraki Gulf/Tikapa Moana Marine Spatial Plan File: Z (Docs # ) This report updates the Committee on progress and milestones for the Sea Change Tai Timu Tai Pari Hauraki Gulf/Tikapa Moana Marine Spatial Plan.
4 12 Resolution to Exclude the Public Recommended that in accordance with the provisions of Standing Orders NZS9202:2003 (incorporating Amendment No. 1) Appendix A & B (P40/42) and Section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the public be excluded from the following part/s of the proceedings of the meeting.
