STAFF/COMMITTEE REPORTS: Registrations Manager Lori Allan: Online Registration is not totally ready yet, but close MAYBA Fest will March 5, 6 at River Hills Mall Will have a Subway tent and use donated coupons Communications Manager Jean Noren: Will continue to post info to the MAYBA Facebook page Encourage people to register online when it goes live Umpire- In Chief Steve Wolle:

2 Equipment Manager- Rudy Kleist: Vendors are working on pricing still for jerseys Travel gifts will be the following: o 10 - Maroon hoodie with name on back o 11 - Black with satin sticking and name on back o 12 - Wind shirt o 14 - Long sleeve majestic pullover Warehouse Manager- Rudy Kleist and Micha Dagner: Warehouse has been busier this year than in the past at this time Hours will change on January 18 Looking to have 6 staff/volunteers in the warehouse each evening On Feb 1, will need adult helpers to commit to an evening and help out Travel Coordinator Traci Sellner: 5 of the 12 home tourneys are filled Team websites have been updated for new season with tournaments, dates, locations and hotels MBT State will be al but 10AA MSF will be all by single As MYAS/Gopher will be all levels Tournament Coordinator: Clinic s Manager Mike Fox: Proposed MAYBA Clinics o Sat, Feb 20 Catcher s Clinic Ages 8-12, Warehouse o Sun, Feb 21 Pitcher s Clinic Ages 8-11, BLC o TBD, Basic Skills Ages 8-9, TBD o TBD, Basic Skills Ages 10-11, TBD o TBD, Basic Skills Ages 12, TBD o Wed, May 4 Basic Skills Ages 6-7, Rosa Parks o Wed, May 11 Basic Skills Ages 8-9, Loyola HS Still working on locations for the TBD Field s Report Micah Degner: Met with Eagle Lake o 5 year agreement to present to EL city council o Need to prioritize a wish list for MAYBA and EL on what MAYBA would like to do with the field o Potential sponsorship options at the field Concession s Manager: COMMITTEE REPORTS: Finance Committee: Pioneer Bank CD terms $110,000 Anchor Bank has the rainy day fund

3 Sponsor Committee: Met on before MAYBA board meeting and noticed the need for more fence sponsors Requesting that each board member to find one more fence sponsor Forms and information for sponsorships are online Also need more team/uniform sponsors for the in-house teams Mayo is looking at committing to a multi-year sponsorship of $5,000/yr for possible enhancements to Rose Parks Community Fields o Shade area o Jungle gym US Bank Vikings Stadium has $750,000 in grant money, MAYBA will apple for a grant for enhancements as well There will not be a paper version of the MAYBA handbook this year, online only Coupons from sponsors can be a print from online or FB page and use Eric Casteel has agreed to helping with that Travel Committee: Committee will meet and approve the list of coaches who have shown interest for the 2016 season In-House Committee: Hall of Fame Committee: Nominations Committee: No Report New Business/Other Items: Twins Caravan is on Monday, January 28 at the Kato Ballroom 5pm check in With no other business to discuss, a motion was made by DeeDra Vosburg and seconded by Steve Wolle to adjourn. MAYBA GAMBLING MEETING Sunday, December 13, 2015 MAYBA Warehouse Board Members Present: Rene Maes, Dave Collins, Jim Turner, John Clifford, Bob Scott, Todd Trautman, Carrie Flanagan, Gary Noren, Eric Casteel, Terry Reynolds, Adam Arnoldy, DeeDra Vosburg Board Members Absent: (Excused): Matt Hansen, Jessica Kuryla, Chad Suprenant, Dave Stengel Staff Members Present: Al Kiefer, Rudy Kleist, Steve Wolle, Traci Sellner, Micha Dagner, Jean Noren, Lori Allen Staff Members Absent:, Mary Scott Approval of Previous Gambling Minutes: Jim Turner made a motion to approve previous meeting minutes, seconded by Terry Reynolds. Motion Approved. Approval of Activities from Prior Month: Gary Noren made a motion to approve prior month s activities, Chris Wiebers seconded. Motion Approved. Approval of Allowable Expenses and Lawful Purpose Expenditures: Todd Trautman made a motion to approve allowable expenses and lawful purpose expenditures, Eric Casteel seconded. Motion Approved.

5 GAMBLING REPORT- Rene Maes/Dave Collins: Moved the machine from Roadhouse 169 to Underground o MAYBA can purchase the machine for $2000 which will save MAYBA about $1200 Motion made by Todd Trainman for purchase and seconded by Chris Wiebers, motion approved Weir Insurance has a max insurance coverage of $1000 with $250 deductible Bar Bingo will start at Ummies on Feb 3 in the afternoons Thanks to those who helped with the year end audit: started at 9am on New Years Day and was completed by 1pm There was a request for a pay increase to Alex Maes of $.50/hr. Motion was made to increase $1.00/hr by Gary Noren and seconded by Chris Wiebers, motion approved Benderz will be calling to get tabs back at their bar once they have the theft incident completely taken care of. With no other business to discuss, a motion was made by DeeDra Vosburg and seconded by Steve Wolle to adjourn. Motion Approved. Meeting Adjourned at 7:15pm.
