Resolution (Action Requested) Resolution of the Kenton County Fiscal Court authorizing Kenton County to transfer certain parcels of real property located within the boundaries of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to the Kenton County Airport Board and authorize the Judge/Executive to execute and deliver on behalf of Kenton County a quit claim deed and any and all documents, and take such other actions, necessary or desirable to effectuate such transfer.
