Per Shyla Eclips2 equipment Equipment to be returned to company, new system to be purchased at a later date. 2 Ø Hallway display for 1 week approved by Dr. Shores o Pumpkins need to be picked up by 10/27/17 or thrown away Trunk of Treat Oct 26 th 6-7pm (5:45 parking lot is closed and will not reopen to traffic until 7pm) Ø Haunted House is not available Tiffany will check with Kelly Alto regarding the photo booth Ø Dr. Shores (or delegate) will vote on 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd place for best Trunk o 3 Prizes (ShaRhonda making prize buckets) o PTA will sell water o Thriller Dance/Monster Mash music Ms. DiPiazza Turkey Trot PTA to sell water and merchandise Vote on bylaw approval PTA will continue with the same bylaws as the previous year, no amendments to be made, at this time.
